Our surgery requirements and
services... |
|
|
|
Whether your pet is being spayed or
neutered or in need of a more complicated procedure, our doctors and
staff are dedicated to the well being of our patients. |
|
We realize anesthesia and surgery for
your pet are procedures to be taken seriously. All patients are given
exams prior to any anesthetic procedure. |
| |
|
We will
need to do a general blood panel on your pet to assure that we can
make the surgical procedure as safe as possible. This is particularly
important in older patients. All surgeries are monitored by a skilled
team using the latest technology in anesthesia and monitoring to
promote safer surgical conditions. They are also monitored
post-operatively through recovery. |
|
|
|
Our facility is equipped with a high
quality x-ray machine as well as radiograph processor that enables us
to have x-rays available for viewing within a few minutes. For those
complex cases, we have a board certified radiologist that we work with
to have our films evaluated. |
| |
|
Endoscope imaging of the internal organs allows us to look inside the
esophagus, stomach, intestinal tract, and trachea without major
surgery. We can remove foreign objects or take biopsies to help
diagnose chronic problems without major surgery. |
